Pre-Covid-19, podcasts were simply not on my radar. Life was meant to be lived not observed via the iPhone. But since the world stopped, I have found peace, humor, mood elevation, vital knowledge and fun facts in a host of excellent podcasts. Here are some of my favorites (with specific episodes noted where applicable):
Bravo Priya! Excited for this. Another fantastic podcast is Max Lugavere’s The Genius Life. He is a health and science journalist. I devoured his 2 best-selling books about food and its affect on our cognitive functioning, and ultimately our entire well being. The podcast is relatable and full of digestible science-backed info - I always learn something useful.
You have to listen to table manners - pop singer Jessica ware and her mum host a celeb guest every week to feed them, chat with them about food and whatever else comes up... probably one of my fav podcasts
The other one I loved was my dad wrote a porno.. it is freaking hysterical...
