A friend shared this just now having today dropped my first born at Uni 🇬🇧 it made me cry and I cried today having left him (and I’m not usually that much of a crier at all) your words are beautiful, they assist the release. This pandemic has brought some tough times to relationships and not always have we got it right as parents, the realisation and lesson here is ‘acceptance’ and inner peace that we’ve done our heartfelt best. I know he’s gonna have a freshers blast and make some great new friendships in this new chapter.
